Twelve Oaks Village is located in Berkshire County of Western Massachusetts, on the Pittsfield-Lenox Road (Rts.7/20) just north of the center of Lenox.

From New York City: Take the New York Thruway (I-87) north to I-90. Take I-90 (which will become the Massachusetts Turnpike) east to Exit 2 (in Lee) and take Route 20 west. Just south of Lenox Route 7 will join Route 20. Continue on 7/20 to Twelve Oaks Village.

From Boston: Take the Massachusetts Turnpike west to Exit 2 (in Lee ) and take Route 20 west. Just south of Lenox Route 7 will join Route 20. Continue on 7/20 to Twelve Oaks Village.
